Terms

Starter Terms of Service for 2ndPay pilot and demo use.

Pilot and demo platform

2ndPay is currently provided for pilot, demo, and workflow-validation use. Features may change, be limited, or be discontinued. Pilot access does not guarantee commercial availability, future pricing, integrations, or production approval.

No professional advice

2ndPay does not provide legal, tax, payroll, accounting, investment, or financial advice. Any calculations, allocation records, earnings views, or settlement instructions are informational workflow outputs and should be reviewed by the employer and qualified advisors.

Employer responsibility

Employers are responsible for payroll accuracy, employee classification, wage-and-hour compliance, taxes, benefits, deductions, settlement decisions, recordkeeping, provider terms, and any real payment obligations. 2ndPay does not guarantee that a user will be paid or that a settlement will be completed.

Wallet and destination responsibility

Users and employers are responsible for verifying wallet addresses, account destinations, network selection, permissions, and signing authority. Incorrect wallet or destination information may result in failed, delayed, or irreversible transactions outside 2ndPay's control.

No custody or automatic movement

2ndPay does not custody funds and does not move money automatically. Settlement requests, approvals, and generated signing flows are instructions or workflow records unless and until an authorized account or wallet owner separately completes a transaction.

Acceptable use

Users may not use 2ndPay for unlawful activity, fraud, unauthorized payroll activity, evasion of taxes or labor obligations, unauthorized wallet activity, security abuse, scraping, reverse engineering, interference with the service, or activity that violates provider terms.

Account security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials, devices, wallet access, and administrator permissions. Notify 2ndPay promptly if you believe an account, wallet, or destination has been compromised.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 2ndPay is provided for pilot use without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, business outcomes, payment completion, or regulatory suitability. Liability may be limited by future written agreements.

Termination

2ndPay may suspend or terminate pilot access for security, misuse, legal risk, operational reasons, or discontinuation of the pilot. Users may stop using the service at any time.
