Employer and employee data

Employee data may include profile information, invite tokens, clock activity, earnings views, allocated balances, settlement requests, and wallet-related references.

Revenue events and settlement request records

Revenue events, allocation ledger entries, wallet destination references, and settlement request records may be stored to support pilot reporting, employer review, employee balance visibility, and auditability.

Cookies and sessions

2ndPay uses cookies or similar session data to keep users logged in, protect authenticated routes, and operate the pilot application. The PWA service worker is designed to cache only safe static assets and not authenticated payroll, wallet, payout, settlement, employer, employee, admin, API, or Xaman responses.

How data is used

Data is used to provide the pilot platform, authenticate users, operate dashboards, calculate allocation and earnings records, record settlement requests, review pilot interest, improve product reliability, detect misuse, support users, and evaluate compliance and commercial readiness.

How data is protected

2ndPay is designed to use HTTPS, session protections, environment variables for secrets, protected admin routes, and operational controls appropriate for pilot use. No public policy page can guarantee perfect security, and users should protect credentials, devices, and wallet access.

Data sharing

2ndPay may share data with service providers needed to host, operate, secure, email, analyze, or support the platform. Data may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights and security, or with user or employer direction. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices.

Third-party services

2ndPay may interact with hosting providers, email providers, payment or wallet services, payroll or workforce systems, point-of-sale systems, ecommerce systems, analytics tools, and support tools. Integration availability and data flows may change during pilot development.

User requests

Users may request access, correction, deletion, or review of personal information by contacting 2ndPay through the contact or pilot channels. Requests may be limited by legal, security, fraud-prevention, operational, backup, audit, or employer-recordkeeping needs.
