2ndPay is evaluating appropriate business insurance coverage for pilot and commercial readiness, including Technology Errors and Omissions, Cyber Liability, General Liability, Directors and Officers coverage if needed later, and additional fintech or software coverage recommended by qualified insurance professionals.

Pilot posture

The current product posture is designed around workflow testing, non-custodial settlement preparation, and no automatic money movement. Insurance needs may change as integrations, real-money settlement workflows, customer contracts, or regulatory requirements evolve.
